002.30 GROUP LIVING ARRANGEMENT.

A public or private non-profit residential setting that serves 16 or fewer residents and is licensed or certified by the appropriate state agency. To be eligible for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits, a resident must be blind or disabled.
