002.22(B) INELIGIBLE FOODS.

The following are not eligible foods: (i) Alcoholic beverages; (ii) Tobacco; (iii) Hot foods; (iv) Hot food products prepared for immediate consumption; (v) Beginning January 1, 2026, energy drinks as defined in this chapter; (vi) Beginning January 1, 2026, soda as defined in this chapter; and (vii) Beginning January 1, 2026, soft drinks as defined in this chapter.
