A plastic card, similar to a debit card, which holds the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefit information. The Nebraska Electronic Benefits Transfer card can be used at point-of-sale machines to buy eligible foods at stores taking part in the Electronic Benefits Transfer program.
