Households in which: (A) All members receive or are authorized to receive Aid to Dependent Children Program, Assistance to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled Program, State Disability Program or Supplemental Security Income payments; or (B) At least one member is authorized to or receives either Aid to Dependent Children Emergency Assistance or Employment First supportive services.
