001.04(A)(i)(1) DEPARTMENT ACTIONS ON COMPLAINTS.

The Department takes the following actions in regard to the complaint: (a) Investigate the complaint; (b) Take corrective action where warranted; and (c) Respond to the complainant on the disposition of the complaint.
