004.02(B)(v)(2)(a) INDEPENDENT LIVING ARRANGEMENT.

When the Assistance to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled or State Disability Program recipient is in an independent living arrangement, the budget will show: (i) The standard of need for one; (ii) The prorated share of total shelter costs based on the number of persons in the case not to exceed the single shelter amount; and (iii) Special requirements if applicable.
