If an Assistance to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled or State Disability Program recipient lives with a spouse who is receiving Aid to Dependent Children or Refugee Resettlement Program assistance, the budgets must be computed separately. Neither the needs nor the income of the Aid to Dependent Children or Refugee Resettlement Program recipient may be considered in the Assistance to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled, or State Disability Program budget.
