When the Assistance to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled or State Disability Program recipient is in an alternate living arrangement, the budget for the Assistance to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled or State Disability Program individual will show: (1) The standard of need for the appropriate alternate living arrangement; and (2) Special requirements, if applicable.
