010.01(B)(xii) DEEMING INCOME OF RESPONSIBLE PERSONS.

Income of the following individuals is considered in determining a recipient's eligibility when they do not receive Supplemental Security Income: (a) Parent for child age 17 or younger and still considered part of the household; and (b) Sponsor for an alien.
