010.01(B)(vi)(1) NEED TO APPLY AND COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS.

A recipient is expected to make grant application for, and accept benefits, immediately after the recipient is notified of the apparent entitlement to the benefits. The recipient is notified on a Notice of Action of the number of days left in which to apply.
