010.01(B)(v) COMBINED CASE WITH A LUMP SUM.

When an individual in an Aid to Dependent Children case or an individual in an Assistance to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled case receives a lump sum, the way the money is treated depends upon which individual the lump sum is intended for. Retirement, Survivor, Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income lump sums are excluded as a resource for up to six months.
