009.09(D) RESOURCES OF A SPOUSE, PARENT, OR OTHER ESSENTIAL PERSON.

All resources of an individual and spouse or other essential person who is included in the budget and who share the same home are considered available for the support of both unless one spouse is eligible for or receiving waiver services. Relative responsibility includes eligible spouse for spouse, whether the spouse is eligible or ineligible, and parents for children who are age 17, or younger, and still considered part of their household.
