009.08(B)(iv)(7) DETERMINATION OF FAIR MARKET VALUE.

For motor vehicles that are counted in the resource total, the Department uses the fair market value. Cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, motorboats and watercraft, and planes are included in the category of motor vehicles.
