009.08(B)(ii)(1) LIQUIDATION OF HOME.

As soon as the determination is made that the recipient will not be able to return home, time must be allowed for the individual to liquidate the property. The recipient is also allowed time for liquidation if the home if left for a reason other than entering a medical institution.
