009.08(A)(v) TRUST, GUARDIANSHIP, CONSERVATORSHIP, AND ANNUITY FUNDS.

When a guardianship, conservatorship, annuity, or trust has been established on behalf of an individual and the individual who has applied has resources exceeding the total resource limit for an Aged, Blind, or Disabled Program grant program or State Disability Program grant or medical program, the trust, guardianship, conservatorship, or annuity will be verified if it is available to the applicant.
