009.08(A)(iii)(1)(a) INTEREST ON BURIAL TRUSTS.

For irrevocable burial trusts contracted on December 31, 1986, or earlier, the individual was allowed to stipulate whether the interest, or dividends, accruing to the trust fund were irrevocable. If the interest, or dividends, are irrevocable, they are disregarded.
