005.15 REFUSAL OF CONTINUED BENEFITS DURING AN APPEAL.

An applicant or recipient has the right to refuse the continuation of benefits pending an appeal hearing by checking the statement to that effect on the Request for Fair Hearing form, or by handwriting a refusal request.
