Individuals applying for or receiving Emergency Assistance are required to: (A) Cooperate with the Department in exploring all other sources of available aid, including setting up payment plans with creditors; (B) Accept any aid available to alleviate the emergency situation; and (C) Develop, with the Department, a plan to alleviate and prevent a recurrence of the emergency situation.
