010.02(A)(i) SANCTION FOR MANDATORY PARTICIPANT’S FAILURE OR REFUSAL TO PARTICIPATE.

A sanction is effective the first of the specified month following adequate and timely notice. A waiver of receipt of Aid to Dependent Children once a sanction notice has been mailed does not prohibit the sanction from taking effect.
