009 SUPPORTIVE SERVICES.

A participant must be provided with allowable and appropriate supportive services to the extent determined necessary by the Department to enable the individual to participate in any Employment First component as agreed upon in the Self-Sufficiency Contract if no other source is available at no cost to the participant or to the agency. The Department must prior approve the use of these funds.
