008.01(C)(v) TERMINATION OF ASSIGNMENT.

If the work site determines that a participant is unsuitable for the assignment, the work site must inform the Department immediately. The participant may then be reassigned to another work site. Termination from a work site is not considered nonparticipation unless the participant failed or refused to participate without good cause.
