008.01(C)(ii) SELECTION CRITERIA AND PLACEMENT.

The participant’s vocational interests and goals, job skills, training, education, work history, experience, and limitations must be taken into consideration so that the participant can be matched to the appropriate work site. The Department recommends the participant to the work site. The potential work site personnel then have the option of interviewing the participant.
