008.01(A) UNSUBSIDIZED EMPLOYMENT.
The employment may be full or part-time in the public or private sector and is not subsidized by Temporary Assistance for Needy Families or any other public program. Employment must consist of work for pay. Pay must not be less than the state minimum wage.
