003 BUDGET CALCULATION WITH CHILD, SPOUSAL, AND CASH MEDICAL SUPPORT.

Any child, spousal, and cash medical support, including arrears, (see Title 466) paid to the Nebraska Child Support Payment Center or paid directly to the applicant by the noncustodial parent before the approval date is considered in determining eligibility. The total amount of child, spousal, and cash medical support is considered.
