011.01 SANCTION FOR REFUSAL TO COOPERATE.
Aid to Dependent Children recipient parents who fail to cooperate with Child Support Enforcement will have their Aid to Dependent Children grant reduced by 25 percent. If the recipient subsequently cooperates, the 25 percent reduction is ended and the grant is increased effective the first day of the month during which cooperation is restored. If a guardian, conservator or specified relative, other than a parent, is included in the unit and they fail to cooperate, their needs are removed from the Aid to Dependent Children unit.
