001 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

The following elements of eligibility must be met: (A) Application; (B) United States citizenship or alien status; (C) Nebraska residence; (D) Social Security number; (E) Relative responsibility; (F) Age requirement for a dependent child; (G) Resources; (H) Income; (I) Cooperation with the Child Support Enforcement; (J) Cooperation with Employment First, including the development of a Self- Sufficiency Contract; (K) Cooperation in obtaining third party medical payments; and (L) Other related requirements listed in Section 13 of this Chapter.
