005 DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION REGARDING FUGITIVE FELON.

If a local or state law enforcement officer provides the recipient’s Social Security Number and verification that the recipient is a fugitive felon, the Department may disclose, with the approval of the local administrator, the name and current address of an Aid to Dependent Children grant individual.
