018.01 SANCTION FOR REFUSAL TO COOPERATE.

Upon receiving notification from Child Support Enforcement that the parent or usual caregiver refuses to cooperate, a child support sanction is placed on the recipient and relevant child(ren). A sanction may only be imposed at the initial application period or at redetermination.
