014.01 QUALIFYING FOR IN-HOME PROVIDER SERVICES.

In order to qualify for in-home provider care, at least one of the following criteria must be met: (A) The child must have a verified special need; (B) The recipient needs child care during verified non-traditional hours. Non-traditional hours are the hours between 7:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m. or any time on a Saturday or Sunday; or (C) There are three or more children in care.
