011.03 FOSTER PARENTS.

The foster parent(s) of a child who is a ward of the Department or a foster parent of a tribal ward who attests the foster parent is unable to receive child care services from the tribe, is eligible for services without regard to income if the Department verifies that the foster parent(s) meets the needs eligibility requirements.
