Include the skills, knowledge, or experience necessary for participation in the component. For example, literacy or numeracy levels, recent labor market attachment, computer literacy, etc. The participant must have basic reading, writing, and math skills. WCs and partners verify a participant’s enrollment and completion of the program. They also verify that the participant received a certificate. The level of effort required is a minimum of 12 hours per month.
