EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT: CAREER / TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS OR OTHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING Description of the component. Provide a summary of the activities and services. The purpose of this component is to improve overall employability of the participant. Assistance is provided to participants applying for federal financial aid, scholarships, or grants.
