Former Foster Care Children through Age 26 510-10-05-55-10-05

Individuals who were in foster care (Title IV-E, state-funded (non-IV-E) or tribal) and on Medicaid, in any state, in the month they turned age 18 must be covered through the month in which they turn age 26 with no budget test.
