EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT: CAREER / TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS OR OTHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING Description of the component. Provide a summary of the activities and services. Vocational Training consists of the following factors: • Participants receive vocational training that improves the employability of participants by providing training in a skill or trade, thereby allowing the participant to move directly and promptly into employment. • Acceptable vocational training programs should have a direct link to the local job market. • Vocational Training is limited to a maximum of two (2) years.
