Denominator: All SNAP E&T participants who completed the Self-Employment component during the reporting period. Numerator: Of the participants in the denominator, those who, within the 90 days of starting self-employment, demonstrate documented self- employment with at least one of the following: Proof of business registration or license. First sale/invoice or client contract. Business bank account activity showing revenue.
