7.1 Describe how you will ensure that the LIHEAP program is coordinated with other programs available to low-income households (TANF, SSI, WAP, etc.). Joint application for multiple programs (indicate programs included) Intake referrals to/from other programs (indicate programs included) n/a One - stop intake centers Other - Describe: Case workers are provided eligibility criteria of all programs. Following an assessment, clients are referred to othe programs as needed. Procedures of referrals, workers will provide clients with program information and instructions on how to apply. This can be in the form of an website link, paper application or phone number to contact/inquire about that program. The ePASS website allows applicants to apply for all economic benefits.
