The employment offered within the first 30 days of registration is not in the individual’s major field of experience. Describe the State agency's process to determine good cause if there is not an appropriate and available opening for an E&T participant. If SNAP E&T providers do not have any appropriate and available openings in the E&T program a wait list would be developed, ABAWDS would be given priority, and referrals would cease.
