Compromise will only be considered for: A. Agency caused error claims; and, B. Inadvertent household caused error claims. Compromises will not be considered for: A. Suspected/Established Intentional Program Violation Claims. B. Claims due to receiving continued benefits pending a Fair Hearing; and, C. Court ordered restitutions.
