Supersedes: ACA-FMA 005 (04/01/2025) Reference: ARM 37.82.101 & .701; 42 CFR 435.118, Federal Register Vol. 89, No. 11 Overview: Children under age nineteen may qualify for ACA Healthy Montana Kids Plus (Medicaid) or ACA Healthy Montana Kids (Insurance) if: 1. They meet the nonfinancial criteria for the program (ACA HMK Plus or ACA HMK) 2. Household income does not exceed: a. 143 percent federal poverty level (FPL) for ACA HMK Plus, or b. 261 percent of the FPL for ACA HMK COMPUTATION: The following income standards are effective April 1, 2026.
