Medicare Savings Programs through the traditional application process at any Office of Public Assistance and can apply online at apply.mt.gov. The State will be notified electronically of applications received by Social Security for Extra Help. These applications will be processed after that notification. If the LIS information indicates eligibility, no further verification is needed. If the information is questionable or indicates they MAY be eligible, verifications should be requested.
