Rates at the 75th percentile in nonmetropolitan counties ranged from $140 for infant care to $120 for the care of school-age children.

• The 2024 market rates at the 75th percentile represent an increase from the previous 2021 market rates. The previous rates for full-time weekly care at a licensed center in a metropolitan area ranged from $152 to $130 and in a nonmetropolitan area from $125 to $110.

• Average weekly part-time rates at the 75th percentile for center-based child care in Mississippi ranged from $120 for infant care to $80 for the care of school-age children.
