TANF assistance unit is ineligible because the member is present in the United States in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The worker will report illegal aliens to the county director. Each county will send a monthly report of known illegal aliens to the Economic Assistance Policy Unit, and State Office reports quarterly to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. When the grantee relative indicates inability or unwillingness to provide documentation of alien status for any member of the assistance unit, that member should be classified as an ineligible
