400.10.04 BUDGET TYPES

ABD budget types consist of the following that will be discussed further in this section. All budget rules are based on whether the COE is subject to SSI budgeting rules or liberalized budgeting rules: 1. Eligible individual budgeting. 2. Eligible couple budgeting. 3. Eligible individual with an ineligible spouse budgeting: • Without ineligible children, • With ineligible children. 4. Parent to child budgeting: • Without ineligible children, • With ineligible children. 5. Eligible individual with an ineligible spouse and an eligible child or children budgeting. 6. Eligible individual or couple with eligible children budgeting.
