EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT: CAREER / TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS OR OTHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING Description of the component. Provide a summary of the activities and services. The Vocational Training component improves employability of participants by providing training in a specific skill or trade that allows the participant to move directly into employment.
