Subd. 5. Authorized agent.

"Authorized agent" means the controlling individual designated by the license holder responsible for communicating with the commissioner of children, youth, and families on all matters related to this chapter and on whom service of all notices and orders must be made pursuant to section 142B.10, subdivision 1 .
