A CCAP agency must end a schedule reporter's authorization and suspend the schedule reporter's eligibility if there is a temporary break in the schedule reporter's employment, education or training, or employment plan activity and the parentally responsible individual has no other authorized activity, unless the parentally responsible individual meets the criteria in part 3400.0110 , subpart 10.
