A student who is eligible under part 3400.0060 or 3400.0090 with a baccalaureate degree is only eligible to receive child care assistance for education or training if the education or training is for continuing education units, certification, or coursework that is related to the baccalaureate degree or current employment and that is necessary to update credentials to obtain or retain employment.
