NON-EDUCATION, NON-WORK COMPONENT: SELF- EMPLOYMENT TRAINING Description of the component. Provide a summary of the activities and services. A component that improves the employability of participants by providing training in setting up and operating a small business or other self–employment venture. Participants receive technical assistance in developing business plans and in creating financial marketing plans, and also learn how to access small business grants and other business support services.
