MFIP, DWP, SNAP, MSA, GRH: No provisions.

GA: People have a GA basis of eligibility when diagnosed or certified by a qualified professional as being developmentally disabled or as having mental illness, and their condition prevents them from getting or keeping suitable employment.

Applicants for GA under this basis must apply for SSI and complete an SSI Interim Assistance Authorization (DHS-1795) (PDF).
