MFIP, DWP, MSA, GA, GRH: Count the full value of any available pension or other retirement funds unless there is a penalty for early withdrawal. Once the funds become available, deduct any penalties for early withdrawal. See 0015.06 (Availability of Assets), 0017.15.30 (Lump Sum Income), 0017.15.42 (Interest and Dividend Income), 0022.15 (Counting Lump Sums as Income).
